Fleet Reliability Analysis
Nexala’s Insights is a comprehensive analytics and reporting engine designed to provide relevant and timely information to users on the performance of their business. Using our extensive transport industry knowledge and experience, Nexala have developed a Fleet Reliability Analysis module that provides key maintenance performance information to the right people at the right time.
Historically, organisations have spent time and money collating, validating and preparing management reports using Excel or Word etc. Additional time was then spent in looking for trends and information in the reports. Nexala Insights automates the collation and validation of the input data, and then prepares and presents the fleet analysis reports, identifying trends and problem areas for preventive or corrective action.
Insights provides maintainers with the necessary tools to analyse, monitor and manage their assets & reliability performance. It’s a proven solution, in use by many of the major rail and bus transport companies in Europe.
Key Features Include:
- The solution includes pre-built reports for areas such as: Hours Booked, No Fault Found Analysis, Planned vs. Unplanned Work, Reliability and MPC, Repeat Failure Analysis, System Failure Analysis etc.
- Reports can be presented in different ways: via interactive dashboards, scorecards, charts, exception notifications, and so forth.
- All reports can be analysed in detail, allowing users to filter, drill-up, drill-down, slice and dice to help find the root causes of problems and identify specific areas for attention.
- The system enables the automatic generation of PDF reporting packs (e.g. Engineering pack including MPCs, MAA, Fleet casualties etc.)
- Full export capabilities are provided to Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- In addition to the pre-built fleet reliability reports, users can create additional reports using the Insights “Workbench”.
- Notification Management: The system can inform users immediately when any particular event occurs. Reports can be automatically emailed or summary information can be sent via SMS.
- The system provides integration with a variety of third party equipment and systems including:
- Financial systems: SAP, Oracle.
- Genius & Bugle integration to automatically gather data into the analysis & reporting models.
- Condition monitoring equipment: e.g. MRX, Gotcha, Miniprof. Integration with such equipment enables Insights to monitor the condition of assets and take action as required.
