Fault Diagnostics
Nexala Spectrum™ is a condition monitoring and real time fault monitoring and diagnostics solution which monitors data in real time, from vehicle components and determines if faults are imminent, captures related information, such as the driver cab view and schematic status and informs the control room of potential problems.
The system is built to monitor and diagnose potential problems as early as possible and to minimise in-service delays. It reduces the time taken for recovery, assists technicians in rectifying faults, reduces delays on the line and improves the response to any failures that occur.

- Fleet / Unit Status:
This provides a real-time overview of the fleet, a detailed unit view, location view and a maintenance history view. (Historic information is available on the unit, faults & warnings, work done & outcomes etc.) - In Service Recovery:
The solution enables users to diagnose problems, manage real-time data and driver data. It also incorporates rules based recommendations and decision support. - Diagnostics & Repair:
Cab view & schematics are provided including full data channel analysis. - Performance KPI management, reliability analysis and energy reporting.
