The Equinox Resource module manages all resource requirements from both the individual level to a team structure.

It also manages and co-ordinates individual and team competencies to organise and plan training schedules. It also caters for the allocation of resources and work by skill-set, competency and previous work histories. Full resource costs are also tracked and recorded.

Nexala Equinox tracks the competencies for all maintenance resources. The competencies required for a maintenance task can be defined and Equinox can either warn or prevent the assignment of a person to complete a task if they have insufficient competencies for that task.

Equinox also supports the automatic renewal of competencies for a defined duration when specific tasks are completed by a person. Competencies can be setup as requiring one or all of a set of tasks to be completed by a person before their competency can be renewed automatically.
