Go-Ahead have chosen Nexala Insights for performance analysis and KPI management across all group companies and divisions. Nexala Insights interfaces to all relevant Go-Ahead systems and data sources and integrates the data to enable corporate KPI and performance analysis reporting and management.

Insights is a comprehensive KPI analysis tool, blending Nexala’s experience in mass transit systems and processes with the tools and technologies to enable Go-Ahead users and management to find out what they need to know about their business.

The system comes with pre-built KPI reporting scorecards and dashboards plus the ability for users to create and manage their own reports. Insights also gives Go-Ahead users the ability to interrogate the data to determine the root causes of problems or to evaluate supplier performance for example.
