Nexala acquires Equinox Asset & Maintenance Management Business of Infovision Ltd

Nexala technologies, a leading vendor of Advanced Planning and Service Management Software today announced that it has acquired Equinox, the Asset Management business of Infovision, a UK-based technology and software vendor, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition follows a successful partnership through which Nexala and Infovision have developed an end-to-end Decision Support, Planning and Asset and Operational Management solution. This end-to-end system has been purchased by a number of clients including Siemens Transportation.
