Equinox Technical Consultant

Company Overview

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with experience in a commercial environment to work in the areas of project implementation and consulting with our existing and new customers for our range of Asset Management, Planning and Service management products.

Roles

Assist in the preparation and delivery of user training courses for Equinox
Be a key driver in our Customer's implementation projects, helping them to implement our products to achieve 'go-live' status according to agreed schedules
Understand, advise and assist with integration to 3rd party applications and tools with Equinox and other Nexala products
Liaise with our partners where necessary regarding product integration issues

Key Requirements

Must have a good knowledge of computer systems implementation
1+ years experience working with Asset Management products, preferably Nexala Equinox
Exposure to installation packages built using InstallShield an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Ability to function well in a team environment
Candidates should be highly motivated and work to agreed deadlines
